I would like to introduce a new one of a kind emotional support book: ‘Nix zu Lachen? Humor ist gesund – besonders f\u00fcr Kranke’ [‘Nothing to laugh about? Humor is healthy – especially for the ill’] by Sylvia S\u00e4nger<\/a> and Bernhard Klenk<\/a>, founders of SKS Akademie f\u00fcr Mensch-Sein und Entwicklung<\/a>, published at atp Verlag<\/a> and now available at the German book market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

22 people (including myself) contributed with very personal stories about how a humorous approach helped them through tough times of illness and\/or life crisis, how each of them managed in their very own way to build up resilience and saying ‘Yes’ to life anyway. Emotional stories, deep touching, relatable and inspiring for everyone dealing with physical and\/or mental health crisis of their own or their loved ones.

This book is not one of those typical life guide books, it is rather a true emotional support book. A soul food book to be placed on the bedside table of everyone dealing with a tough life situation to find some comfort. A perfect gift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
